Sassy Blue Cheese Burgers
Rob makes these burgers all the time come spring, and they are by far one of the greatest foods on earth. These things are good enough to make ya' slap yer mama'! Hamburgers crammed with blue cheese and spicy goodness!
Grilling in an apartment is always an interesting fair. Our apartment complex has a few barbeques around the complex, each big enough to slab an entire cow on and mop on your favorite sauce. Luckilly, we have Bob. Meet Bob.

Bob was adopted from Cost Plus World Market a short while back and is a welcome addition to our family. We luvs him. If you need a portable charcoal or smoking grill, I highly suggest this model. It comes in a few fabulous colors, is easily portable due to the handle and lid snaps (even when hot), and fits right in right in the panty. Plus, it comes at about $30. Perfect if yer po'!.
Ah but yes, the blue cheesy goodness...

I tried these the other night, and they were fantastic! I threw in an egg - it really helped keep the burgers together.
